We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods
